Frequently Asked Questions
Will we be allowed to go to the shop in Croston?
The guidelines currently do not allow us to use the shop due to social distancing. Our digital appointments represent a new way of supporting you to buy uniform safely during the COVID crisis.
Why do we have to order earlier than usual in July?
We are working to ensure all students get their uniform in time for the new school year through a safe process. The new hygiene and safety procedures that are in place from manufacturers, couriers, and ourselves mean each customer transaction takes longer. We will also need to have time to allow for exchanges if needed due to mismeasurement or student growth.
Why do customers need to order through Facebook or on line.
Using digital facilities helps us to provide parents with guidance on getting the right size for their child. We are also able to help with any other questions you may have around uniform. All done in a safe and socially distanced manner.
How do I know what items I need for school?
If your child is a new starter, most schools will be sending out packs containing a uniform list. We are also able to recommend what they need from a parent perspective.
How can I prepare for my appointment?
If you already have children at the same school you could use them to gage uniform size. If not, don’t worry we can talk you through all of this. Ideally, have a tape measure handy to measure waist and height before the appointment. We will use our experience to get the right size, including room for growth, by discussing options with you. We will also be offering practical tips on getting longevity from uniform.
